I invested an amount of Rs. 100,000 ( Rupees one lakh only ) under the Orchard Bond of MPs Greenery Private Ltd. on 12,07.2011, after my retirement, for a period of 72 months .
The Bond matured on 12.07. 2017.
I have got no response from them to my complaint for non-payment.
I have sought intervention of the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata as also his advice.
I have found the Company’s office building closed during my visit to their Kolkata Office.
The concerned Agent is avoiding.
I look for guidance as to how I should move to recover my hard-earned money.
