We are traveling from a Hans Travel bus (NL07B0604). The bus was an hour and a half late. We weren’t informed of this prior and had to wait at the bus stop for said time. On the bus’s arrival, we were told to keep our luggage inside the bus ourselves, on some of the sleeper seats and not in the bus’s trunk. This is absolute horrible service on your part considering we paid 1500 per seat well in advance.
