My ticket was booked frm deori to indore of 18 dec 2021 seat no 19, 20. But unfortunately we missed the bus bcoz bus has not arrive at d given tme as 09 PM. After sme enquiry i cme to knw tht the bus has already been departed frm the stop ( approx at 0830PM). No phone call, no contact with me…
Now i want to refund my money..
So can u plz tell me how can i get my money bck.
