We had booked a home in Neral xrbia project in 2014, we have not get possession yet for our home and not even getting compensation for late possession.Your customer service is so bad that you are not even responding our calls.We are getting follow up since 3-4 years for possession.We also requested for refund but that also you denied.You had also changed the flat that we had booked earlier and later before 2 years you said us to select other flat.Now timeline for possession is going beyond limit and we still did not get possession for our home.Requesting you to give possession for our flat as soon as possible.Give us details about compensation for late possession.
