I invested Rs 20000 on IFCI Infrastructure bonds series 5 on dated through karvy agency Hyderabad. Then I requested as per ‘Redemption mode’ to buy back my money on 31st march 2019 with sending all required documents to karvy.
The company sent back my documents by giving the following statement that ” We did not receive your intimation with in specified period we are unable to consider for buyback ” they answered after 5 months. But i sended my requisition letter 3 months before was on and the redemtion date was on 31st march 2019.They answered me on 4th may 2019. Now the karvy company has been closed.
