I had invested money in Chrome Business & Trade India Pvt. Ltd. On 25th Jan 2021 with monthly RD of INR 12000 for 11 month and was assured that will receive returns of 236000 in the month of Jan 2022, Now the company Agent and company officials are not responding to calls or emails.
I have email confirmation from Mr Abhijit Sakpal who is partner in this company stating i will receive PDC once i complete the payment of my last installment. I have already completed the payment in Dec 2021 however still not received the cheque.
My agent name is Sakshi Koyande. She forced me to invest in this company and now even she has stopped responding. This agent resides at Malad East and there are multiple agents who resides at this location who are misleading people to invest in this fraud company.
The company is located now at Mulund but the same is closed now. Company has mentioned that they have been getting calls from many people who have invested their money hence the company has stopped operating.
This company has not returned money to many people and still is operating. Request you to help in getting my money refunded at the earliest.
