My name Promod and i was trading in lsvex-btc for last 2 weeks and invested around 1100000 INR which includes analyst commission and tax payment. After profit when i applied for withdrawal they told me to pay analyst commission.
So that withdrawal can be processed and after paying commission when i enquire they again told me that since my profit is above 1100000 INR i have to pay tax of 30% and after much hesitation i agreed and paid the tax amount since lot of my money invested.
And after payment of tax they are asking for 6000 USDT which is equal to 480000 INR to release my fund. As per their statement analyst has given me 6000 USDT as compensation towards loss while loss made during trading and now he wants it back.
But till today no requirement has been placed by analyst to me. And as they are operating the trading platform why they are favoring analyst more than investors. If analyst has given me money then he should ask for money from me not them.
So kindly refund my investment, analyst commission and tax amount which is roughly 1100000 INR. Require Indian Government to look into the matter and put Lsvex site under ban list so that no other Indian falls into their trap.
And it results in disturbance in our society.
