They are not a professional company to work in. The company doesn’t support you when in difficult time. I was terminated after 3 years when I started to escalate my problems. There is a chain of people which will make your whole journey with the company a mess and blame it on you. I have submitted my PF settlement in the month of Mar’22 and in this digital age the company is unable to settle the PF after raising numerous complaint on their tool HR Ascent. You just feel that you are stuck with this situation. This company is not safe place for anyone.
