Have not provided the warrant amount promised as per the certificate issues in the year 1995 – which was to be paid in 2015 (after 20 years).
Since, my father Mr. Suresh Singh have invested in the 7 units of teak wood trees in year 1995.
As per the teak tree plantation scheme – Nominee Abhay Singh s/o Mr. Suresh Singh.
Per the warrant certificate 7 units of TEAK TREE under their @ Rs.6500.00 each which was to be provided to me on 11 of July 2015.
We were issued a Certificate No.
DD 3576 on 11 July 1995, FOLIO NO. 14731/95. The Company had issued 7 Warrants distinctive numbers from B 011240 to B 011246. to be paid by the Company. But the Company is not responding to our repeated reminders. The Company is again showing under liquidation and i have no clue who should we approach to for getting this resolved.
Requested to pay the Warrant amount along with up to date interest – to myself. Our changed address as follows may also be noted.
