I hereby register my complaint against visassimply, this immigration company based at nehru place new delhi.
Sundareshan k m & my friend approached visassimply for canada pr, i would like to bring it to your attention about the fraudulence received from visa simply.
My initial conversation with visasimply started from june 2014 through client service manager, india – siddharth swaroop. I was also introducted to immigration specialist – kinny jaswal to process
All my documents.
Kinny jaswal gave information that clearing my ielts and respective scores against each modules (Lis – 7.5 & 6.5 reading, writing & speaking) thus obtaining canada pr. I was told that without having to clear this ielts my case will not be through and based on points calculation, my eligibility stand for canada pr.
I initiated the pr process with full payment of rs 1, 00, 000/- each for myself & my friend (Payment screen capture attached) payment was done via net banking.
Thereafter submitted my documents for wes assessment. Thus we paid one time charge in total amount of rs 2, 00, 000/- for their services, but inbetween we were informed siddharth swaroop is no longer part of visas simply.
Hence, as per his commitment to support us during any issues was not addressed and post raising complaint with kinnay jaswal for supporting us for ielts exam and then person by name (Amy) was aligned to support remotely for ielts.
I started preparing for ielts exam for 3rd attempt, i could score overall 6.5 i. E 7.5 in (Lis), 6.5 (Writing & speaking) but reading 5.5 and without having to clear ielts i can’t move further.
I got frustrated and hurt, though this was my 3rd attempt in ielts and scoring ielts could not be achieved.
Finally i decided to call it quit with visassimply for the mental trauma they provided by just calling and asking for ielts result, it was not only waste of time and money but also the tensions they provided.
I emailed to inquery for my refund and got confirmation that i am not eligibile for any refund since they have provided all necessary support.
Tried reaching there contact numbers provided phone: +[protected] which is dead from april 2015.
Last commnication from kinny jaswal was on 2nd mar 2015 and there after no emails / calls received thus no justification was given and ended up blaming ielts was sure stopper.
Visassimply have betrayed my trust and failed in performing the basic duties and accordingly refund my money from company, i am entitled to full refund of 1, 00, 000/- for both the payments done from our
