La Platina Premium Suites Resort is Very disappointed and disheartened

The unfortunate thing that happened to me was booking La Platina Premium Suite in Puri, Odisha. For my comfortable stay with my family, I booked two suites online through MakeMyTrip with a full advance payment of Rs. 6663 (see voucher attached). We selected and confirmed a garden-facing room, but were given a parking-facing room. Litter was everywhere in the room, and a fan was filled with dust. Glasses, papers, plastics, and dust were piled beneath the bed, and the dustbin had garbage stuffed inside. It appeared that the rooms weren’t open for long and reeked (photo/video uploaded).
Around 2 PM, I reached with my four family members, who are senior citizens, to rest after the tiring travel and hot weather. But unfortunately, we were dumped into a Mess. It seemed we were thrown into the garbage after paying a huge hotel charge of Rs. 6663.
When I complained to reception, the receptionist told me the manager was outside. When I called the manager, he said he could not do anything because there were no other rooms available. He suggested I call the owner. The owner badly responded to my call and told me that he was unable to help and that I would have to stay in the same room.
After continuous traveling for more than 4 hours on a hot sunny day at 2:10 PM Noon, it was suffocating to keep my elderly family waiting outside. As soon as I checked in at 1:53 PM, I had to leave by 2:10 PM and had to find a new hotel on the spot. This problem was very troubling for my family and me on a summer afternoon.
I would like to complain against the hotel and ask for a refund of my money plus the penalty for disturbing my family mid-noon. Also, I would like to claim the charge for a taxi I paid to travel to the hotel and change hotels.
Booking two different hotels within minutes is very stressful and expensive, and I’m very disappointed and disheartened by the whole process.
I further, ask to cancel the license of Hotel La Platina Premium Suite for faking their rooms on the website.
There must be immediate action taken against the hotel so that no one else is fooled in the future.
