One of the two-bedroom apartments from Sanroyal Builders caught my attention.
Sanroyal Areena is the project’s name for 2020.
After paying the booking amount of 1.50000/- and the registration amount of 1.150000/-, the total sum I paid at the time of booking for apartment No. 2E in Mannuthy Trichur was 2.650000/-. (1.12.20).
I discovered that Mr. Sijo Philip, an executive at Sanroyal, and Mr. Bijo, a manager in Trichur Sanroyal, had been telling lies from the very beginning.
Upon learning that, I cancelled the reservation on December 19, 2020, following months of follow-up calls with one of the executive Vinda K K (Assistant manager Customer Relations Department).
She wants me to email her again to cancel my reservation, but I already did so on February 4, 2021, along with a request for a return of my reservation fee.
Only Rs. 8000 has been refunded to date.
The first thing I noticed about Sanroyal Builders is that they are unreliable. On 2021 November, they give me two cheques, and they are getting returned. Then, after making phone calls, they would transfer the money through net banking.
Additionally, the company is fraudulent and will not return your money once you have paid.
When you call this company’s employees, they won’t pick up the phone, they won’t return your messages, and when they do, they’ll tell you a lot of lies. Based on my research, I know that more people have lost money to these builders, and there have been more RERA complaints filed against them.
If you look at the complaints in real estate discussion forums on social media, you’ll see that individuals have been complaining about Sanroyal Builders for the past two years.
Therefore, please beware of Sanroyal Builders, a scam, and don’t believe anything they say about their former employees.
