I had entered into a transaction with company M/S KABIR COLONIZER AND DEVELOPERS PVT LTD having its Registration No. U45201BR2013PTC020979 through its director- Musheer Ahmad and booked two plots each of 1350 sq. ft @Rs10 lakh via company allotment letter in July-2015 in Kabir Nagar project (RERA Registration no. BRERAP84630-1/880/R-1074/2020) at Birpur, Thana-Naubatpur, Distt-Patna.
Total Rs19 Lakhs have been paid via EMI starting from July 2015 until Dec 2018. The transactions were made through NEFT to company account HDFC bank.
Since January 2019, I have been following up with Musheer Ahmad for the registry of plot but he is evading it on one pretext and another. It transpires his mala-fide and dishonest intention to grab my hard-earned money paid to him.
Please direct Musheer Ahmad to give registry and possession of plot.
