I was allotted a 1 BHK flat by Samiah International Builders, Noida at their Rudrapur project vide their letter dated 14th March, 2014.
I had paid them Rs. 4, 67, 200/- against the total price of Rs.6, 90, 000/-, but not even construction has started for my allotted flat.
I have been requesting the company for a full refund of my money with interest. But, there has been no response from the company against my mails, messages and calls. Please help…
