Rudra Buildwell Projects Pvt Ltd is No update regarding Rudra Aquacasa Project, no contact no is active

I have booked my flat in 2014 in Rudra Aquacasa Project, I called every 2 or 3 months but they told me we will start working again on project but now no contact no is working, and no update from builder side
