I am owner of a shop (LG-28) in a the commercial are managed by UP Township Infrastructure Ltd. The address of the property is Gaur Atulyam Gravity Market, Omicron-1, Greater Noida. I am paying a maintenance of 8 rs per sqft+ GST to the service provider. My shop is in backside of this market. And in front side of the market, few shopkeepers have sublet their shops to rehdi walas. Who covers most of the common area and the path to approach to my shop. I have been complaining and asking the maintenance team and their management to take action against them but there is no action taken yet. I seek you help into this matter.
