Cleartrip — money taken, no tickets/confirmation – malpractice.

Money debited from bank account, but NO Tickets/ Confirmation Emails/ Texts.
Customer Care/Support portal useless without a Trip ID. 
How are Customers with failed transactions, without a Trip ID supposed to reach you ?
This is clear malpractice to take over customer’s money. Demand immediate attention and resolution to this matter.
