I have purchased one plot form this company through EMI. The same EMI completed and registry done in 2019, but till date they have not given possession of land. It is in Sitholi Kala village of Mohanlalganj, Lucknow Gata No 573/1.233. They are giving future dates all the time. Earlier they are doing very big project of Phase I and II. After more than 05 yrs nothing happened and still they are selling plots. I want to know whether this company is real or fraud. Whether I should file complaint against them in police station or otherwise.
