I was allotted a flat No. 710 (1st floor ) Cassia Omaxe, New Chandigarh, Mullapur Mohali by Omaxe Chandigarh exresion Developers Pvt Ltd.
After deposit the full and final payment ( Rs 99983.45 as per company demanded after adjusting some amount against a small portion of delayed period ), I requested to the company time and again to send me the completion certificate so that, I can take the possession earliest possible .
But I came to know that instead of sending me completion certificate and give me possession, the company, without my permission, gave my flat to somebody else for reside in .This is not only a illegal act on their part but it also express their mala fide intention ( ie reason of not sending me completion certificate ).
Sir, I am 75 years old widow and asthma patient. I booked this flat with a dream to live in a New allotment with pollution free environment but not able to do so till the date
It is my humble request to you to take a appropriate action as early as possible
