I have taken 3 years of membership from Imperial Cruise on 19-01-20 After that I have called them multiple times and sent emails to them but did not get any response on the services. I have visited their office and it seems they already left the place and not one knows about them.
I gave 7300 Rs to them for this membership. They gave me a receipt with an agreement letter for their services.
