This particular entity named Travolook.in(parent company Wing In Travel Advisory Pvt. Ltd) is cheating people out of their money and harassing/torturing them for refund.
They claim to offer cheap flight tickets and upon booking cancel your tickets and hold your money, the internet is full of frauds that these guys have brought upon people’s hard earned money.
I have been subjected to similar fraud where I made booking from this site on 16th from Guwahati to Bangalore.
I have been informed that the refund will be initiated in 7-10 days but these guys taking into misbehaving with no sign of any refund.

Internet is replete will all the harassment these seemingly fraud company has caused to people who trust them with their hard earned money.
Moreover there are more than 250 active/pending complaints in Consumer complaint forum.
Above question my opinion and views on the effectiveness of our Consumer forum and how these cases are being overlooked.
