Kashavi homes pvt. Ltd. has cheated my sister on her internship stipend. She joined kashavi homes, as an intern in December 2021 and worked there for 2 months. At first they started giving excuses to delay the stipend for one whole month then at the end of 2nd month after multiple arguments, they paid stipend only for 1 month and denied to give any compensation for the work done in 2nd month. Exploiting interns this way to get the work done in free is not acceptable and against the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer letter. They should pay her stipend for second month also. For reference I’m attaching the offer letter also. I expect strict action to be taken against the company.
