We booked family Dubai Tour through Mum Kesari Travels P Ltd, New Delhi (not Kesari tours) and paid all advance money. Shockingly, the services committed in e-mails were totally different from what we received. They offered room with breakfast but respective hotel received intimation about room stay only. Secondly, Abu Dhabi tour was agreed in package but ultimately I got only pick up and drop service, and I had to manage myself the local sight seeings. So many other places agreed and freezed at the time of booking as sight seeings were not covered. Mr. Kapil, in charge of the international booking is non committed, unprofessional, unreliable and not at all trust worthy person. He messed up visa process also. We ended up spending more than Rs. 25000/- during entire tour for services which was already agreed and included in our package. More importantly, their help line never got connected and Kapil never picked up phone calls (at least 100 calls not responded). We travel with family for pleasure trip and get in turn the worst services. I request all travellers not to book any tour with Mum Kesari Travels Pvt. Ltd.
