We (from tamilnadu) earlier online booked one room in hotel chanakya, agra through online portal provided by singapore company of agoda launched recently in india. They collect money for the rent. And send a copy for booked. On arrival of 15.10.2021 at agra, hotel chanakya manager told us we wont give any room to you. And he is given written what he told. We were very helpless on that evening without known the languages and new to city. No money yet to be refunded. We need to return the money back. Since no room as committed allotted to us.
