(Mdlc) Manjunatha Land Developers Pvt Ltd is Litigation plot No refund as well

I have bought a plot in royal look margondanahalli by doing an agreement. Post agreement I found it’s a fraud property n I cancelled my agreement. Now they are making me run around for my money. Any help pls
