The company (Global Manpower Consulting )has frauded with so many candidate who is looking for overseas opportunity with different australian visa like (482, 457)
1. My profile was shortlisted from monster.com. The hr head will share your profile to the client in australia.
2. Some foreigner will take your interview. Once your interview is done he will tell you that you have been selected by the client and he will send you the offer letter with your break up details
3. Next step he will take all the relevant documents from you for the visa migration and he will give you option for choose health insurance of bupa company.
4. He will show that company is paying to bupa insurance and an bupa receipt will be sent to you.
Actually this amount which they claim to pay bupa is rolled back.
5. Later when i called up bupa australia, they told me that an account was intially created but the amount wasn’t released at all.
6 later on he will share the bank account details with you where he will ask you to do the payment of insurance
7. He will create fake application in actual australian visa website from a dummy corporate account.
8. He will create a id as well which looks real but in real it is all fake
9. Then he will ask you for health check from different hospitals (Fortis, elbit)
10. Once your health check report will come he will say you need to wait for immigration department for character verification.
12. He will ask you to transfer the amount to a current account in name of global man power consulting.
Later when i visited the bank i got to know that is in the name of Nikita Mohanty and it is a saving account and this girl has many accounts with this name.
The company is very smart. They make use of all original sites to fake the data.
They know that bupa insurance doesn’t deduct the money immediately.
They know that australian visa site has some glitches. It allows any one to create corporate account and generate trn id, hap id.
They also know that any saving account can be added as current account.
Beneficiary validation happens only using account number. Account name and type validation doesn’t happen.
I did check with client Fuji Xerox and they confirmed they are not recruiting and complained about the same with client.
