I had to cancel my ticket from phuket to new delhi (Booking ID: GOFLIMTANDC42B I have received the cancelled amount in my wallet and later when I clicked on ‘transfer refund’, it said the amount refund has been initiated. But it has been 12 days and still have not received any confirmation from goibibo. I am not even able to get to talk to the customer support and they are not even replying to the emails.
