I had to cancel my train ticket from goibibo, because i was on waiting list,
I cancelled on 29th april. and it was said refund would be credited in 5 – 7 working days. it also shows in the app money credited. but no actual transaction has been made. There is also no direct way of contacting them. This is frustrating. None of the toll free numbers are worknig also
