I booked a hotel for 3nights through goibibo from 1stjun to 4th jun in pune..
Hotel name is collection o 23397
Butterfly hospitality.
Hotel denied me check in…i called goibibo customer care numerous time…every time they asked me to wait for 45 min…i tried for atleast 3hours…that is why i am complaing through this forum..this os the second time i am facing this problem…because of goibibo mis-management i have to qaste my entire working day…since i am stick and cannot leave for work
