I had booked an apartment in their project hoping to get the possession soon but instead till date I have not received any response from them. it’s been 2 years. Now I want refund of the payment made for booking amount which they are not refunding. I made several follow backs but I haven’t heard any anything back from them. I have all the proofs of the payment made to them. I want the booking amount back from them but they don’t even bother to care about it.
