I have cleared all my dues and taken NDC from Gaursons Promotors Pvt. Ltd. but till yet have not received my DPP money and physical possession of my flat.
My flat’s Fit-out work has not been started yet. I am paying monthly home loan EMI along with Monthly Rental and it is very difficult to service for me in such a situation.
