I have booked flat in 2015 1RK in phase 2 but when I have seen project construction was incomplete. Without knowledge the builder has approved loan in behalf of me, and he was not able to clear my installment. Now I have been in big problems that my cibil issue been there because of this company I have already cancelled my booked flat still loan was been given by aspire financier pvt holder, when I enquired about this matter they raised they’re hand and saying that it’s your look out you talk to builder about this matter we can’t settle up, without any approval or and disbursement legislation letters I didn’t got how they do that. Kindly refund my money.
