I booked a 2bhk flat in dharitri’s royal enclave 2 years back. Due to some personal reason i cancelled the flat in december 2016. After a follow up of 6months i am refunded only 40% of my booking amount and they denied to refund the remaining amount showing some lame excuses. They told me that they received only the 40% of the amount and their selling partner frauded the rest of the amount… So they are not responsible for that. I had all the documents to prove my point but they did not convince. I am quite sure they are simply avoiding to pay the money though they know very well i paid it to them. So guys be very careful with dharitri… May be your hard earn money is not going in good hands.
