We purchased a flat in block 18, Flat number F (a 900 sqft 3 BHK) and paid 440000 in 2 installments of 25000 and 415000.COnstruction is stopped there and they tried to relocate us to another project which we declined. We have cancelled the purchase and a cancellation request was made and accepted.We even recieved a schedule of money to be refunded, but it has been 1 year after the cancellation and no money was refunded.
I have old parents and this is from there saving.lThese cheaters dont care of hard earned money of senior citizens and try to finance their lifestyle with cheating funds.
