Residents of Rishabh Paradise purchased flats from the builder [Rishabh Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.] based on brochures, (and promises of the Promoters) which listed facilities like Swimming pool, regular Club-house on the ground, car parking, children play area and alike. After a lapse of more than 6 years since Purchasers started paying the money to the builder and after a period of almost 2 & half years since residents started taking possession here; the builder has not delivered the promised facilities like,
a. Allotment of covered/basement car parking, paid open parking and provision for free car parking.
b. Electricity load distribution
c. Provision of Club-house with swimming pool & other such facilities
d. Inadequate Lifts, No Green Area
e. IFSF [Interest Free Sinking Fund]
f. Provision of effective centralized water softening unit
g. Unauthorized construction like batching plant, sample flat, Commercial Office at ground floor or on Children’s Green Area etc.
h. Routine Maintenance issues
