I was been charged 1.6 Lakhs for the Executive package and along with some beauftiful Goodies which they said it will reach in 3 working days.
So far I have not received any login details nor amazon gift vouchers worth rs 20K.
I was even promised a Lunch will be organized and these buggers are not even responding to my messages not phone calls.
I need the money refunded back, else I will be lodging a complaint in consumer forum for false promises to customers along with all written evidence shared by thier sale team.
If you want to hold any administration charges, Then I dont think I can compromise on the resolution as you guys wasted the entire family time along with kids without food till 11PM..
This is a human right issue and again you will face the consequences
