Update as on 13-June-19 : Syed and Ali are owners and they have stopped responding my calls and emails. They are cheaters in the market and please spread that do not work with them.
Me and my husband are planning for Canada and for the same we signed up.
We were initially speaking to Consultant named Firdaus. Later she told us to pay the fees of 69, 620/- on 10th Jan 2019.
After paying, they shared one agreement with us and told us to sign and courier it, post which they would help us with the process. We sent the courier of signed copy on Jan 15th, 2019.
Later on Firdaus handed over our case to consultant named Waseem on 11th Jan, 2019. We spoke to him for 2-3 days however he failed to answer any of our questions and we asked them to change our consultant.
Later our case was assigned to Babita on 14th Jan, 2019. She spoke to me well and told me to share some documents, which i did. i kept asking her on how long she has been with Maple. She said since many years. My friends kept telling me to have one consultant will the end. Similarly i checked with her and she said yes she will be there till we fly to Canada.
I was the one who kept mailing her as some of my documents were not in place so i voluntarily told her it will take 10-15 days.I sent her all the documents on Jan 31st, 2019.
I tried to reach her couple of times after sending, however the call never reached her. After multiple trials, i got in touch with the initial Consultant Firdaus and explained her my worry. On Feb 13th, 2019 a new consultant named Amit was allocated to us.
I was already pissed off on the way they were handling our case. I spoke to Amit and explained him my concern on how long you plan to stay in Maple as it is not giving me enough security on how it is handled.
I shared all the documents and spoke to him, used to voluntarily follow up. I spoke to him on my husbands WES process. He said he will get back to me on Feb 26th, 2019.
He never called me nor sent any email and on 1st March i complained to Firdaus on this.
By then, we had already decided that we do not want to go ahead as you were not giving us the confidence and security to work with.
We asked for refund on March 15th and no one managed to send any revert. Kept following up and finally i got in touch with Sayed.
I spoke to him and sent him an email a week later on the update on April 11th, 2019.
Kept following up since then. On May 21st, 2019 i send him an email to know the update on the refund. Sayed mailed saying we will get revert on Saturday 25th May, 2019.
There was no revert so i mailed him on Sunday. again no revert so i mailed him today and got a mail saying Refund cannot be processed.
